About

GALACTICA is a philanthropical organization whose aim is to explore, understand and express the Universe and Consciousness, in order to empower, enable and support human beings to address their core challenges at a planetary level.

To this end, we are undertaking four types of action:

the establishment of a Parliament of the Peoples and Universal Consciousness, to give voice to the peoples, to humanity and to all living things, and to provide direction for collective action on a global scale;
scientific research and output, to inform and create an effective framework for thought and action in conveying universal consciousness to the various decision-making bodies;
education, training and support, to equip current and future leaders to explore, build upon and integrate the resulting universal knowledge and skills;
artistic creation and dissemination, through written publications, lectures, films and live performances, to convey, inspire and raise awareness in a lively, engaging and poetic way.

Services

The GALACTICA association was founded in 2026 in Geneva, on the initiative of Célia Marie, following five years of encounters, sharing and galactic transmission, and nearly 20 years of research, service and creative work in collaboration with more than 150 prominent figures, individuals and organisations based across five continents.

Key dates

2008 Baccalauréat in Literature, specialising in Art and Dance – awarded with distinction

2009–2013 Involvement in the defence of human rights, environmental rights and the rights of indigenous peoples with various NGOs in Senegal, Australia, Cambodia and Colombia, followed by work with the National Secretariat for Good Living in Ecuador

2014 Double Master’s degree in International Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and Development Policy, Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon & Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, with distinction – Research dissertation on social imaginaries and practices of political participation within the Plurinational Citizens’ Assembly for Good Living in Ecuador (2013);

2015 Founding of the Collectif Danse-l'Agora: artistic performances in public spaces aimed at re-igniting citizens’ participatory imagination (COP21, Nuit Debout, etc.)

2016 Supporting leaders and leadership teams through managerial, organisational and ecosystemic transformation, working with universities, public organisations and major French companies.

2020 Launch of the “Galactica Foundation” project in Talloires-Montmin to foster a new civilisation, in collaboration with a network of over 500 university vice-chancellors worldwide, and involving more than 120 prominent figures across over 15 countries, as well as the National Centre for Space Studies, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research, and the global network of ecovillages…

2024 Launch of Galactic Dance, a holistic physical practice aimed at integrating, liberating and expressing the Self through galactic consciousness, in the form of weekly workshops, followed by multi-day seminars, the most recent of which took place in Albinen (Switzerland) in November 2025.
