A diverse space for expression, so that every people and every evolving being who so desires may be heard in their uniqueness. A place that fosters a new, inclusive culture of Life—encompassing the various kingdoms, planetary consciousness, and the consciousnesses of the universe—which crystallizes the emergence of a new paradigm of global governance centered on respect, dignity, and freedom for every living being.
An open space for dialogue and innovative decision-making
Every people—and possibly every being—expresses a dimension of the Universe and of our shared destiny on Earth. Co-creating the framework for dialogue and global governance by, for, and with peoples and living beings is essential to addressing the challenges of our time. The Earth Parliament inspires and catalyzes new ways of communicating, cooperating, and evolving on a global scale.
It is a place of vibrant and authentic expression where the Heart, the Body, the Soul, and the Spirit come together in a multidimensional dance capable of bringing down the Towers of Babel and transcending ideological divides and conflicts of interest. This is not a colonial or neocolonial universalism originating from any particular continent, but rather a new social and political fabric capable of integrating all the cultures of the various continents and thus building a truly new civilization on a global scale.
Planetary Sovereignty
The Planetary Assembly embodies the emergence of a new awareness of planetary sovereignty on Earth, through the inclusion of its cosmic, living, and evolving dimension.
This sovereignty manifests itself through a new language, a new space, and a new state of inter-being relationships, which result in the birth of a People of the Earth, the establishment of a new Earth public service, and the creation of a new planetary institution.
